The Charter establishes a mutual understanding between the trustees and the beneficiaries, outlining their respective roles, responsibilities, and expectations. In this relationship, compliance with this constitution is not a matter of hierarchy per se but a demonstration of mutual respect and commitment to Besorah Nation’s purpose. Both parties are bound equally to the charter, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability. The trustees (hereinafter referred to as High Ministers) are entrusted with managing the assets or carrying out all intentions of the constitution, while beneficiaries (hereinafter referred to as Besorian Nationals) agree to respect and honor the terms and conditions that govern their entitlement and actions. This alignment reflects a harmonious approach where compliance serves the common interest of maintaining Besorah Nation integrity and honoring the desires of the Creator.

Furthermore, this covenant emphasizes the importance of love, harmony, and goodwill in the trustee-beneficiary relationship. Rather than creating a dynamic of control or subordination, both parties, High Ministers and Besorian Nationals are mandated to uphold Besorah’s values and principles with sincerity and dedication. By adhering to the terms together, High Ministers and Besorian Nationals cultivate a cooperative trustful environment, demonstrating mutual consent to operate within the bounds of Besorah Nation constitution. This unity of purpose supports a relationship that prioritizes shared goals and mutual benefit, with each party recognizing that compliance with the terms of Besorah’s charter is an expression of respect for each other and the Trust itself.

The administration of Besorah Nation shall be governed strictly by the charter set forth in this instrument, binding under common law principles and statutory trust protections. The High Ministers, acting as fiduciaries, are entrusted with the duty to manage, preserve, and distribute the trust assets solely for the purposes and interests of Besorian Nationals, in accordance with Besorah’s constitution. The assets within this Trust shall remain insulated from external interference, including attempts by foreign entities or feudal systems seeking to undermine its integrity. To this end, the Trust employs discretionary clauses and anti-alienation provisions to prevent assumed creditors or third parties from leveraging any potential loopholes to gain access to trust assets, thus ensuring full legal compliance with applicable jurisdictions.

Besorah’s charter shall withstand challenges from domestic and international actors by adhering to the strictest legal and lawful standards. The Trust corpus is held in honor of Besorian Nationals under a comprehensive framework of fiduciary responsibility, equitable ownership, and the ministers’ serving oversight. Furthermore, all provisions within this Trust align with general applicable laws governing trusts, promoting transparency, erudition, liberty, justice, defense, love, prosperity, innovation, joy, peace, security, fairness, and accountability.

Heavenly Father, Yahuah, we humbly request you grant us your Ruach, so that we may be filled with goodness and shall walk upright, steering away from all temptations of evil. As we embark on this journey, we ask you to examine our heart and ensure that our words and intentions are aligned and true. We understand hypocrisy is an abomination in your sight.
